Phone A Vet was developed in Australia by a team of veterinary and technology professionals, all animal owners, who recognized the need for people to get good veterinary advice, remotely. They needed to improve the usability of their product and make payments easier.
Our team worked to improve the existing UX as well as develop new features that would feel comfortable being used by everyday farmers and non-tech professionals.
We updated their visual design and gave them a design system to help build out future features and scale their application to more vets and customers across Australia.
