Before We Begin
Every strong project starts with alignment. Before we kick off, we’ll confirm the scope, timeline, and deliverables so there are no surprises. Website design and builds typically take 8–12 weeks, and most engagements last 3–6 months. While each project has its own pace, these timelines provide a clear expectation of how we work together.
Transparency
Our pricing is straightforward: every project is a flat fee, paid in full before work begins. The cost doesn’t change based on hours, revisions, or workload — giving you certainty upfront and allowing us to stay focused on delivering great work, not tracking the clock.
Refunds
Once we’ve begun work, we’re unable to offer refunds. From day one, we dedicate time, energy, and creative strategy to your project. To protect that investment — and yours — we make sure expectations are aligned before we begin.
Cancellation
We understand priorities can shift fast in a startup environment. That said, once a project has kicked off, cancellations aren’t possible. Our team blocks time and resources to deliver on schedule, and this structure helps us stay efficient for every client.
